About Me
Hi, I’m Shelby! I’m a licensed mental health therapist in Dallas, Texas specializing in therapy for teen girls and young women. I support clients who are struggling with self-esteem, anxiety, body image concerns, and eating disorders. My passion is helping teens and women develop confidence, strengthen their identity, and build a healthier, more compassionate relationship with themselves.
In sessions, I help clients navigate the pressures of perfectionism, fear of judgment, and the constant comparison to others. Together, we work on reducing anxiety, improving coping skills, and fostering a sense of worth that isn’t defined by achievements or appearance. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions, learn to set healthy boundaries, and reconnect with who you are beyond expectations.
